Stefanie Pinsley
Stefanie Pinsley
Session: Keep the I in AI: How to Use AI Without Losing Yourself

Stef Pinsley is a speaker and coach teaching professionals how to use AI without losing their voice, credibility, or sanity.

As a former Google Product Marketing Manager, Stef led one of their most viral campaigns ever — the “Home Alone Again with the Google Assistant” ad starring Macaulay Culkin (500M+ views) — and worked on the Digital Wellbeing team studying how humans build healthier relationships with technology. After burning out and leaving corporate, she rebuilt her career from scratch, growing a community of 80,000+ followers and helping hundreds of professionals navigate career pivots, build magnetic personal brands, and find work that actually fulfills them.

When AI exploded, Stef saw the same problem she’d spent years solving: people were either avoiding the technology entirely or blindly outsourcing their thinking to it. She developed the Inner Mirror Method — a somatic, intuition-led approach that helps people use AI as a thinking partner while staying grounded in their own discernment and voice.
Her clients have used this method to break through writer’s block in a single session, create content that converts (one client’s AI-assisted strategy “paid off in week one”), and land career pivots after 15 years in the same field. Stef’s own AI-created content generated 3-5 qualified leads from a single Substack post that readers called “one of the best things you’ve ever written.”

Organizations like Pace Public Relations have brought her in to train their teams, with one senior director calling it “one of the most impactful trainings our team has had all year — we’re already seeing improvements in the quality and speed of our content.”
Her work has been featured in New York Weekly and CanvasRebel.

Her mantra: Keep the I in AI. And she doesn’t just mean intelligence — she means intuition. She means you.
